Ingredients:
Left-over Sambhar/Kootu/Rasam/Some gravy Bhaji,
Onion,
Sambhar Powder,
Salt,
Oil,
Mustard seeds,
Little water.
Method:
Chop the onions finely, take a large pan do the seasoning.
Add the chopped onions to it and fry well.
Add the left over things, sambhar powder, salt and water.
Allow the mixture to boil well till it becomes thick.
Now turn off the gas and you may garnish it with some corriander leaves.
Serve hot with Steamed Rice/Roti.
